Nairobi and Environs:
Delivery Time: Same-day or next-day (within 24–48 hours).
Payment Method: Cash or M-Pesa on Delivery (POD) is fully accepted.
Outside Nairobi (Countrywide):
Delivery Time: 1 to 3 business days depending on distance.
Payment Method: Full payment for the product and estimated parcel fees must be paid via M-Pesa before dispatch. We ship via trusted local parcel couriers.
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (EAT) Monday through Saturday are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.
Please provide an accurate phone number and a clear landmark for delivery at checkout. If a parcel is sent back to us because you were unreachable or failed to pick it up from the courier depot, the customer will cover the cost of re-shipping.
