Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your home essentials! All our items are fully inspected before dispatch to guarantee you get the right product in perfect quality. If something is not right with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving your product. Simply contact us within this period, and we will be happy to assist you.

1. Inspection and Transit Damage

  • Nairobi (Payment on Delivery): You must inspect your items in front of the rider before paying. Once you pay and the rider leaves, the items are considered accepted in perfect condition.

  • Outside Nairobi (Parcels): Inspect your parcel immediately upon pickup. If the courier damaged it in transit, send a photo/video to our WhatsApp (+254 142816190) within 24 hours.

  • Note: Damage reports made after 24 hours or after the Nairobi rider leaves will not be accepted.

2. When Can You Return an Item?

  • Wrong Item Sent: If we accidentally delivered the wrong color, size, or product.

  • Unused Condition: For a standard exchange or change of mind, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

3. What Cannot Be Returned?

  • Items broken, dropped, or damaged due to misuse after delivery.

  • Items returned without their original boxes or packaging materials.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Send a WhatsApp message to +254 142816190 with your name and photo/video proof.

  2. For Nairobi: We will send a rider to swap the item for you.

  3. Outside Nairobi: We will guide you on how to send it back via our parcel courier.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send your refund via M-Pesa within 2 business days, or issue instant store credit if you prefer an exchange.
